The Stock module gives you complete, real-time visibility of what you hold, where it is located, and when to replenish. Products deduct automatically when sold at the POS or consumed in a treatment. You configure reorder thresholds per product and the system alerts you the moment levels fall below them. Periodic stock takes let you reconcile physical counts against system records, and supplier reorder lists generate with a single click.
How It Works
01
Navigate to Stock then Overview to view current quantity levels across your entire product catalogue.
02
Set a reorder threshold for each product — this is the quantity level at which a low-stock alert is triggered.
03
Configure automatic deduction rules: on POS sale for retail products, on appointment completion for consumables.
04
When a delivery arrives, use Stock then Receive to update quantities and record the supplier and invoice details.
05
Run a periodic Stock Take to physically count items and reconcile any variances against system records.
