There are various things that interviewers could do to avoid wasting time and give the opportunity to the candidate to provide a best answer. This article covers some of those things that will help you in your interview process.
One major problem that can happen with interviewers is they get caught up asking questions without really listening for the answers. For example, if you ask ?Why did you choose this university??, then don?t follow up with ?What made you choose this over any other university??
You also need to make sure that not only do they answer your question but also provide more information about themselves so as not to waste time from your side.

The right answer for this question depends on the interviewer and the job requirements, but there are some general guidelines that can be followed to make sure they are selected for the position.
1. Clarify your skill set. Being able to quickly list out skills you have or would like to have can make you stand out from other candidates. For example, if you?ve worked as a graphic designer in the past, mention that when responding to this question. If you?re applying for a web designer position, mention that skill too.
